Shipping & Charges
For shipments to Greece the following applies:
- 1 to 3 working days by courier from the completion of the order.
- Depending on the shipping method per case and after contacting the company, the shipping costs can be calculated, regardless of the online purchase of the Products and after selecting the Pickup with our own means of transport or in the event that the total weight of the products exceeds 20 kilos.

Recognizing the importance of the security of electronic payments, EveryPay is a licensed Payment Institution by the Bank of Greece (decision no. 280/3/23-7-2018 Official Gazette B 3010/25-7-2018), and securely manages transaction data of card payments, according to the regulatory framework of the card transaction security management standard. Everypay is certified to the Card Transaction Security Assurance Standard (PCIDSS). All Everypay services are done through secure connections with 256 bit SSL certificates. EveryPay also supports the possibility of using the 3 D Secure service, an additional security layer for VISA & MasterCard. The Payer will then have to enter his personal secret code to successfully complete the transaction.
Orders and refunds
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
In the event that the order has not been released for shipment, only then can it be canceled and the agreed amount paid as consideration for it returned.
In the event that the product(s) have been damaged during transport and no longer meet the purchase needs, please first forward photographic material and a description of the damage to our e-mail. Although we are not responsible for the transportation of the products from the moment
delivered to the carrier, we will do our best to resolve any mishandling.
